Job summary

FM Global Logistics (Phil.), Inc. is seeking a proactive Sales & Business Development professional in the Philippines to acquire new customers and expand our comprehensive logistics services while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.

You will coordinate with FMGLPI Operations, prepare quotations and responses to RFQs/RFIs, ensure timely reporting and adherence to SOPs and KPIs, manage receivables, and participate in weekly sales meetings and client presentations.

Responsibilities

• Proactively secure new customers for the company’s comprehensive logistics services.
• Execute telemarketing and outdoor sales activities to identify and capture new business opportunities.
• Manage and maintain strong professional relationships with existing accounts to ensure customer retention.
• Perform mandatory weekly reporting of daily movements to accurately capture and analyze sales performance.
• Compile and submit precise, timely sales reports as requested by management to support data-driven decision-making.
• Adhere to all company policies, SOPs, and KPIs at all times.
• Prepare professional quotations, tenders, bidding documents, and responses to RFQs/RFIs as requested by clients.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and FMGLPI Operations to coordinate inquiries and booking processes.
• Ensure all customer service requirements and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Manage and monitor the accounts receivables of assigned customers to ensure timely payments.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and contribute to annual budget target setting.
• Represent the company in internal and external management conferences or client presentations as required.
