Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience (any industry).
• Minimum 2 years in supply chain or logistics sales.
• Proven track record in corporate/B2B sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive freight revenue growth through client acquisition, retention, and account expansion.
• Manage the end-to-end freight cycle from booking to delivery or container withdrawal.
• Prepare and present competitive quotations with timely follow-ups to secure bookings.
• Process and complete Shipper’s Agreement Forms (SAF) for clients requesting credit terms.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, Land Transport, Finance, and Data teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support Finance in resolving Accounts Receivable issues, especially overdue accounts.
• Actively acquire new clients (minimum of 4 new accounts per month).
• Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships and generate repeat business.
• Provide market intelligence including customer feedback and competitor insights to management.
