Job summary

City Savings Bank, Inc. is seeking a Branch Collection Associate for Laoag to monitor and drive on-time billing and collections across the branch loan portfolio.

You will actively monitor non-performing loans and implement actions to reduce them while maintaining strong customer service standards in the local area. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, motorcycle driving license, and willingness to travel extensively within the operation area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in loans and collection is an advantage.
• Driving skills (motorcycle) with driver's license.
• Good oral and written communication skills with proficiency in local dialect.
• Willing to travel extensively and familiar with the area of operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and execute on-time billing and collections for the branch loan portfolio.
• Monitor non-performing loans and take actions to reduce them.
• Achieve collection and KPI targets; perform restructuring, billings, condonation, field visits, SMS sends, etc.
• Perform account analysis and evaluate client’s ability to pay.
• Compute possible loan restructurings and prepare necessary reports.
• Check documents for completeness, timeliness, and accuracy; provide excellent customer service.
