Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree graduate.
• Experience in loans and collection is an advantage.
• Driving skills (motorcycle) with a driver's license; willing to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Achievement of collection targets and KPIs for the NPL portfolio assigned.
• Perform collections functions: redemption, posting of payments, restructuring, billings, condonation, field visits, letters and SMS.
• Account analysis to evaluate repayment ability and recommend restructuring as needed.
• Prepare and submit required reports in a timely manner; ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
• Deliver excellent customer service in line with established standards.
