City Savings Bank, Inc. is seeking a Branch Collection Associate in the Philippines to monitor and execute on-time billing and collections for the branch loans portfolio.

The role includes monitoring non-performing loans and taking appropriate actions to reduce them, with duties spanning field visits, restructuring, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, experience in loans/collections, a valid motorcycle driving license, and strong oral and written

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Experience in loans and collections is advantageous.
• Good verbal and written communication in the local dialect.

Responsabilités

• Achieve collection and KPI targets for the NPL portfolio.
• Handle collection activities: redemption, posting payments, restructuring, billings, condonation, field visits, letters and SMS.
• Assess client’s payment capability and analyze accounts.
• Evaluate possible loan restructures and prepare necessary reports on time.
• Ensure documents are complete, timely, and accurate; provide excellent customer service.
