Job summary

City Savings Bank, Inc. in the Leyte region seeks a Branch Collection Associate to monitor on-time billing and lead collection efforts for the branch loans portfolio in Ormoc. You will focus on reducing delinquency while maintaining service quality.

You will perform account analyses, assess customers’ ability to pay, and implement restructuring or other actions as needed. Travel across the area is required and a valid motorcycle license is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree graduate.
• Experience in loans and collections is an advantage.
• Driving skills with motorcycle license are required.
• Good oral and written communication in the local dialect.
• Willing to travel extensively and is familiar with the area of operations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve collection targets for the NPL portfolio and KPIs.
• Handle all collection activities: redemption, posting of payments, restructuring, billings, condonation, field visits, SMS sends.
• Perform account analysis and evaluate clients’ ability to pay.
• Compute possible loan restructures.
• Prepare and submit all required reports on time.
• Verify documents for completeness, timeliness and accuracy.
• Deliver excellent customer service per established standards.
