Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and achieve collection targets for the branch loans portfolio.
• Perform collections activities: redemption, posting of payments, restructuring, billings, condonation, field visits, letters, and SMS sends.
• Conduct account analysis and assess client’s ability to pay; evaluate restructuring options.
• Prepare and submit necessary reports promptly; ensure documentation completeness and accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service following established standards.
