Qualifications

• Willing to travel extensively and highly familiar with the area of operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor on-time billing and collections of the branch loans portfolio.
• Monitor non-performing loans and take actions to reduce it.
• Achieve collection targets and KPIs for the NPL portfolio.
• Perform all collection activities: redemption, posting of payments, restructuring, billings, condonation, field visits, SMS.
