Job summary

NightOwl Consulting Philippines Inc. is seeking a diligent Operations Clerk to prepare, organize and ship mortgage loan documents to investors from the client site in the Philippines.

The role requires a friendly team player with strong attention to detail who can manage multiple files in a high-activity department. You will handle loan documentation, entry into LOS, and timely communication with investors.

Qualifications

• Experience with loan file review and documentation is preferred.
• Proficient in using office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Team-oriented with a friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

• Review closed loan files for completeness before shipping to Investor.
• Retrieve loan file docs and investor requirements for purchase.
• Deliver imaged loan files and some original docs to Investor.
• Update LOS to reflect shipment details.
• Upload suspense documents to LOS and Investor sites.
• Notify management of defects or unresponsive resources.
• Maintain a tracker of all files and outstanding items.
• Check investor site for acceptability for delivery.
