Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or finance required.
• 3–5 years in field collections, preferably motorcycle or consumer loans.
• Experience supervising a team is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a field-collections team to hit targets.
• Monitor daily collections and ensure policy/regulatory compliance.
• Conduct performance reviews and coach for productivity.
• Monitor accounts, portfolios, and delinquency management.
• Coordinate field activities and client visits as needed.
• Submit collection reports and management recommendations.
• Investigate issues and resolve borrower escalations.
• Ensure documentation and timely endorsements for actions.
• Travel within the area to supervise field staff.
