Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in loans and collection is an advantage.
• Driver's license for motorcycle travel is required.
• Good oral and written communication; proficiency in local dialect.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and execute on-time billing and collections for the branch loan portfolio.
• Perform duties in collections such as redemption, posting payments, restructuring, billings, condonation, field visits, letters and SMS notices.
• Conduct account analysis and assess clients' ability to pay, and compute restructuring options.
• Prepare and submit required reports in a timely manner; ensure document completeness and accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service according to established standards.
