Job Purpose
The Liaison Officer serves as the primary operational link between the internal support departments and external entities, including government agencies, banking institutions, and vendors. This role ensures regulatory compliance, smooth administrative workflows, and timely financial and statutory processing to support.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
1. Administrative & Regulatory Affairs
- Permit & License Management: Process and secure local government unit (LGU) permits, barangay clearances, and occupational permits.
- Vendor & Facility Coordination: Liaison with building management, utility firms, and maintenance contractors to ensure facility upkeep.
- Field Representation: Execute external coordination tasks requiring physical presence at regulatory bodies, partner offices, and supply vendors.
2. Finance Liaison Support
- Banking Transactions: Handle corporate over-the-counter banking tasks, including check deposits, cash encashments, and account verifications.
- Expense Management: Collect, verify, and organize official receipts and invoices to facilitate accurate liquidation of funds with the Finance/Accounting team.
- Audit Assistance: Source and provide historical transaction receipts and physical documents during internal and external audit reviews.
3. HR/Employee Mandatory Benefits
- Statutory Compliance Support: Physically submit requirements and reports (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.).
4. Facilities and Maintenance
- Provide assistance for facility maintenance and custodial duties during primary custodian absences.
Job Specifications & Requirements
- Minimum Education: At least completed 2 Years in College
- Work Experience: Preferably 1 to 3 years of hands‑on experience in corporate liaison, administrative tracking, or government relations, preferably within the BPO sector.
Core Competencies
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Philippine government compliance agencies (LGU, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE, SEC)
- Communication Skills: Average verbal and written proficiency; can understand basic English
- Tools & Technology: Competence in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Logistics & Mobility: High level of organization for fieldwork
- Other tasks that may be assigned by the management.
