Responsibilities

  • Process and facilitate applications for government permits, licenses, and registrations.
  • Coordinate with government agencies such as the BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, SEC, DOLE, and LGUs.
  • Submit, receive, and monitor official documents, applications, and legal correspondence.
  • Ensure timely renewal of permits, licenses, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Deliver and collect important documents from clients, suppliers, government offices, and partners.
  • Assist in securing clearances and other compliance-related documents.
  • Maintain accurate records of permits, licenses, and government transactions.
  • Monitor the status of applications and provide updates to management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure external transactions are completed accurately and on time.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with government agencies and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in processing company registrations and amendments.
  • Prepare reports related to permits, licenses, and liaison activities.
