Job Summary
The Liaison Officer is responsible for coordinating and processing company transactions with government agencies, banks, suppliers, and external partners. The role ensures that permits, registrations, compliance documents, and official requirements are processed accurately and on time while maintaining strong professional relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and follow up government permits, licenses, registrations, and other compliance documents
- Handle bank transactions such as deposits, payments, and document submissions
- Submit and collect official documents from partner agencies, suppliers, and clients
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding document requirements and deadlines
- Monitor status of pending applications and ensure timely completion
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of all processed transactions
- Assist in vehicle-related registrations, insurance processing, and renewal documents (if applicable)
- Provide regular updates and reports on transaction progress
- Perform fieldwork and company errands as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any business‑related or relevant course
- Previous experience in liaison work, administrative work, or field coordination is an advantage
- Familiar with government processing and bank transactions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented
- Honest, reliable, and able to handle confidential documents
