Overview of the Position

The Liaison Officer provides field and administrative support to the Finance and Human Resources departments by processing government, banking, and client transactions. The role ensures timely submission and collection of documents while maintaining organized records. During non-field assignments, the Liaison Officer assists with document filing and general administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
Liaison and Field Operations
  • Process transactions with government agencies such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, DOLE, SEC, LGUs, and other regulatory offices.

  • Process bank transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check encashment, and document submissions.

  • Prioritize the collection and delivery of billing statements, invoices, checks, official receipts, and other finance-related documents.

  • Deliver and collect contracts, permits, and other business documents.

  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, hospitals, and partner organizations regarding document requirements.

  • Monitor the status of submitted applications and external transactions.

  • Ensure timely processing of permits, licenses, accreditations, and business registrations.

HR Support
  • Process employee government-related applications and documents.

  • Assist with pre-employment and employment document processing.

  • Deliver and collect HR-related documents when required.

Finance Support
  • Assist in processing payment-related documents and banking transactions.

  • Coordinate collection of payments and delivery of official receipts.

  • Coordinate document requirements with clients and finance partners.

  • Support the Finance team in collection activities and follow-up of submitted documents.

Administrative Support
  • File, organize, and maintain company records and documents.

  • Scan, photocopy, and prepare documents for submission.

  • Maintain logs of released and received documents.

  • Assist with administrative tasks during office hours when no field assignments are scheduled.

  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any Business-related course or equivalent experience.

  • Experience in liaison, administrative, or office support is an advantage.

  • Familiar with government agencies and document processing.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Organized, dependable, and able to work independently.

  • With a valid driver's license and able to drive both automatic and manual vehicles.

  • Willing to travel for field assignments.
