Qualifications

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Process and follow up company documents, permits, licenses, applications, and other official transactions.
  • Coordinate with government agencies, LGUs, banks, clients, suppliers, and other external parties.
  • Submit, retrieve, and monitor company documents and ensure timely completion of transactions.
  • Follow up pending applications, permits, approvals, and other requirements.
  • Maintain proper records of submitted and received documents.
  • Assist in securing necessary permits, clearances, certifications, and other government requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding documents and requirements.
  • Prepare basic reports and updates on the status of ongoing transactions.
  • Perform authorized company errands and other related tasks assigned by management.
  • Maintain professionalism and good working relationships with external offices and stakeholders.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of company documents.

The Liaison Staff is responsible for handling and coordinating the Company's external transactions with government offices, clients, suppliers, banks, and other organizations. The role ensures that documents, permits, applications, and other company transactions are processed accurately and on time.

  • Proficient in computer and Microsoft Suite.
