Job summary

TGT Global is hiring an IT Support Engineer to provide comprehensive technical support to MSP partners and their clients. The role focuses on delivering Level 1 troubleshooting, warranty processing, and multi-channel assistance with a strong emphasis on customer service.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years in presales or post-sales for computer products, plus fluent English and solid hardware knowledge. This on-site position is based in BGC with Day Shift hours and a vibrant, supportive culture.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in presales or post-sales for IT/computer products.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Strong customer service mindset and professional phone manner.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for aftersales concerns (Level 1), troubleshooting and warranty follow-ups.
• Coordinate with presales teams to gather information and escalate as needed.
• Provide multi-channel support (Phone, Email, Zendesk) for Retail, Delivery, Commercial, Marketplace.
• Join training sessions and maintain clear, empathetic communication with customers.
