Qualifications
- At least 5 years in a senior role with advanced technical expertise.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive technical support to MSP partners and clients.
- Maintain and secure network infrastructure incl. firewalls and routers.
- Configure routing protocols and perform firmware upgrades for reliability.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network performance and connectivity.
- Deploy, migrate, and manage systems with patching and VM/Hypver-V tasks.
- Escalate issues and suggest process improvements for service quality.
