Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar technical support role.
- Proficient in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, BrightGauge, ITGlue, AutoTask/ConnectWise, Fortinet Firewalls, and Windows Server Administration.
- Familiarity with IT monitoring tools and incident management systems.
- Excellent written and communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong problem-solving and decision‑making skills.
- Amenable to work on site: MDC, Eastwood Quezon City - Night

As a Level 2 IT Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to our MSP partners and their clients.
