Job summary

TGT Global is hiring an IT Support Engineer to provide comprehensive technical support to MSP partners and clients from its Eastwood office in Manila. The role focuses on incident management, system monitoring, documentation, and clear communication with customers.

Our ideal candidate has 3+ years of IT support experience and is proficient with AD, M365, Fortinet, and Windows Server. Onsite work in Eastwood is required, with opportunities for growth and certifications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support or similar role.
• Proficiency with Active Directory, M365, Fortinet, and Windows Server.
• Familiarity with IT monitoring and incident tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Incident management and ticket resolutions across workstations, servers, networks, devices, and software.
• System monitoring to pre-empt issues across IT infrastructure.

About the Role

As aLevel 2 IT Support Engineer,you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to our MSP partners and their clients.

• Incident Management and Ticket Resolutions:Address issues and service requests that relates to all workstations, servers, networks, devices, software, and general administration tasks

• System Monitoring:Proactively monitor various IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications, to identify and address potential issues before they elevate.

• Documentation and knowledge sharing

• Communication with customers

Ideal Technical Profile

• 3+ years of experience as an IT Support Engineeror similar technical support role.

• Proficient in Active Directory,Microsoft 365, BrightGauge, ITGlue, AutoTask/ConnectWise, Fortinet Firewalls, and Windows Server Administration.

• Familiarity withIT monitoring toolsand incident management systems.

• Excellent written and communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Willing to work onsite in Eastwood!
