Job summary

TGT Global in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to deliver comprehensive technical support to MSP partners and their clients. This role is onsite at BGC during night shift, handling incident management, system monitoring, and customer communications to ensure smooth operation of workstations, servers, and networks.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in similar roles and hands-on experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Fortinet Firewalls, and IT management

Qualifications

• 3+ years of required experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar technical support role
• Expertise in Active Directory Administrations, Microsoft O365, BrightGauge, ITGlue, and/or AutoTask/Connectwise, Fortinet Firewalls, Microsoft Windows Server Administrations
• Familiarity with IT monitoring tools and incident management systems
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical customers
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• AMENABLE TO WORK ONSITE: BGC Night Shift

• Address issues and service requests that relates to all technology, from workstations, servers, tablets, printers, phones, networks, vendor specific hardware, and software
• Additional general administration tasks
• Proactively monitor various IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications, to identify and address potential issues before they escalated

As an IT Support Engineer...

You’ll be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to our MSP partners and their clients.

Your Technical Profile

• 3+ years of required experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar technical support role
