TGT Global, based in Eastwood, Philippines, is hiring an IT Support Engineer to deliver comprehensive technical assistance to MSP partners and their clients, supporting US-based systems during a night-shift schedule.

You will manage incidents, monitor servers/networks, handle workstations and printers, and contribute to knowledge sharing. A 3+ year track record in IT support, strong communication, and familiarity with AD, O365, Firewalls, and Windows Server are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT support or a similar role
• Experience with Active Directory, O365, Fortinet, Windows Server
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

As an IT Support Engineer...

You'll be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to our MSP partners and their clients.

Ideal Technical Profile

• More than 3+ years of required experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar technical support role

• Expertise inActive Directory Administrations, Microsoft O365, BrightGauge, ITGlue, and/or AutoTask/Connectwise, Fortinet Firewalls, Microsoft Windows Server Administrations

• Familiarity with IT monitoring tools and incident management systems.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical customers.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Address issues and service requests that relates to all technology, from workstations, servers, tablets, printers, phones, networks, vendor specific hardware, and software

• Additional general administration tasks

Monitoring and Management of System Alerts

• Proactively monitor various IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications, to identify and address potential issues before they escalat
