TGT Global in Manila's BGC is seeking an IT Support Engineer to deliver comprehensive technical support to MSP partners and their clients.

You will handle incident management, core admin tasks, and proactive monitoring across workstations, servers, networks, and applications. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential in this role within a collaborative, growth-driven office culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role.
• Expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft O365, BrightGauge, ITGlue, AutoTask/ConnectWise, Fortinet Firewalls, Windows Server Admin.
• Familiarity with IT monitoring tools and incident management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain tech to non-technical users.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Perform general administration tasks and documentation.

You'll be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to our MSP partners and their clients.

Your Technical Profile

• 3+ years of required experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar technical support role

• Expertise inActive Directory Administrations, Microsoft O365, BrightGauge, ITGlue, and/or AutoTask/Connectwise, Fortinet Firewalls, Microsoft Windows Server Administrations

• Familiarity with IT monitoring tools and incident management systems.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical customers.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
