RCBC is seeking a Senior Manager in Credit and Relationship Management to lead a team of Relationship Managers and drive profitability through strategic marketing of bank products and effective credit proposal endorsements. You will review proposals, ensure regulatory compliance, and present to senior committees.

Formación

• At least 10 years in credit analysis and account management.
• Strong knowledge of credit analysis and banking regulations.
• Experience in corporate banking products and services.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent decision-making and planning abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Implements and monitors strategies as mandated/initiated by Group Head and Division Head; directly manages RM/RA team.
• Marketing and delivery of bank products/services to commercial and SME customers to derive profits for the Bank.
• Reviews, assesses and endorses credit proposals to proper endorsing/approving body.
• Oversees and applies marketing and account management activities of Relationship Managers; cross-selling, daily transactions, solicitation and deals.
• Directly manages key accounts and solicits new business; joins client calls/ocular inspections.
• Supervises RM performance; reviews monthly performance vs targets; identifies improvement areas and creates plans for each RM.
• Ensures all credit proposals are accurate; reviews applications; adheres to credit policies/regulatory requirements; approves/recommends to higher authorities; attends Crecolcom/Excom/Board.
