RCBC in the Philippines seeks a Commercial Loans Officer to generate new business, develop the loan portfolio, and manage client relationships while ensuring asset quality. The role requires evaluating credit facilities, analyzing financials, and aligning offers with bank policies.

The successful candidate will expand market share by targeting credit-worthy accounts, presenting tailored financial packages, and maintaining strong client interactions to support growth and profitability.

Qualificações

• Bachelors degree in Economics, Business, Accounting or Commerce; MBA/MA preferred.
• Knowledge of trade payments, bank policies, profitability analysis and credit prep.
• 2 years banking experience or 5 years in other industries.
• MS Office proficiency; strong marketing and presentation and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Generates new commercial loans and develops the existing loan portfolio.
• Conducts credit evaluation of accounts, including client calls and site inspections.
• Recommends credit facilities aligned with Bank policies and client profitability.
• Laudably improves loan portfolio quality and drives portfolio growth.
• Solicits new accounts and deepens relationships with prime clients.
