Job summary

RCBC is seeking a result-driven professional to generate new commercial loans and actively grow and manage the bank’s loan portfolio in the Cordillera Region. You will assess credit, build client relationships, and cross-sell services to meet profitability goals while maintaining asset quality.

The role requires knowledge of trade payments, bank policies, and financial analysis. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, plus MS Office proficiency, are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Accounting, or Commerce; MBA/MA preferred.
• Two years banking experience or five years in other industries.

Responsibilities

• Generate new commercial loans for the Bank and develop existing loan portfolio.
• Quality and cross-sell other products/services of the bank.
• Provide professional account management to meet portfolio growth and profitability objectives while preserving asset quality.
