• Coordinate and support training operations including instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid training.
• Manage day-to-day training operations to align with policies and processes.
• Support training design and delivery for engaging learning.
• Coordinate logistics for sessions, venues, and resources.
• Use SuccessFactors to manage end-to-end learning activities.
• Collect and report data (registration, attendance, completion, demographics) for evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations and internal policies.
• Handle learning-related tickets from HR Helpdesk.
