Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in learning administration, training coordination, HR operations, or customer support.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ServiceNow and/or Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and accurately to learning-related requests and inquiries.
• Coordinate training administration activities and support end-to-end learning processes.
• Manage learning communications, scheduling activities, and training logistics.
• Identify exceptions, provide recommendations, and escalate concerns when needed.
• Partner with learning academies and stakeholders to resolve employee concerns.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting service level agreements and quality standards.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance employee experience and team effectiveness.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
