Your Role

• Administer day‑to‑day LMS operations, including user accounts, role permissions, course assignments, and the end‑to‑end management of learning content.
• Maintain strict LMS governance standards, data integrity, and taxonomy structures while conducting routine audits of learning records.
• Generate standard and ad‑hoc compliance reports, dashboards, and completion metrics for stakeholders and audit readiness.
• Resolve user queries and system issues as the first point of contact, while regularly monitoring the learning service tickets and shared inbox.
• Collaborate with LMS vendors, participate in system testing for upgrades, and identify opportunities to automate administration processes.

What You Need: Non‑negotiables

• At least 5+ years of experience administering or supporting a Learning Management System (LMS), specifically SAP.
• Strong experience in producing reports, working with data, and performing routine data quality checks.
• Proven track record in a customer service or support role with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve administrative problems.
• High‑level administrative and organizational skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Skills/Expertise

• Completed qualifications or a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience developing and maintaining LMS user guides, quick reference materials, and FAQs.
• Ability to build strong professional relationships at all levels of the organization.
