Qualifications

• 3+ years in learning and development or related field.
• Experience delivering virtual programs in global/shared services.
• Experience designing digital learning content.
• Experience facilitating virtual and in-person trainings.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders and SMEs to define measurable learning outcomes.
• Design and develop eLearning, VILT, ILT content, microlearning, job aids, and videos.
• Deliver programs via Teams, Zoom and other platforms.
• Facilitate learner participation using adult learning principles.
• Coordinate pre-, in-session and post-training communications.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness with assessments and metrics.
• Manage learning project plans and stakeholder expectations.
• Support learners with resources and development opportunities.
• Partner with global teams for consistent experiences.
• Research trends to improve programs and delivery methods.
• Maintain documentation and learning records.
