Aufgaben

• Lead the Learning Operations team and triage LMS tickets to meet SLAs.
• Own end-to-end delivery of global learning requests with quality and compliance.
• Drive large-scale programs and campaigns (enterprise-wide learning festivals, leadership initiatives).
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to translate strategies into scalable solutions.
• Develop metrics dashboards and continuous improvement initiatives for learning operations.
