You will partner with organizational leaders to diagnose capability gaps, design programs, and measure impact using structured frameworks while leveraging LMS tools to deliver engaging, practical learning journeys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience designing and facilitating end‑to‑end L&D programs (curriculum design, workshop facilitation, and program evaluation).
• Proven capability using adult learning principles and design frameworks (e.g., ADDIE, Agile, Kirkpatrick).
• Strong room command with the ability to guide deep conversations, challenge mindsets, and elevate critical thinking.
• Skilled in utilizing LMS platforms and digital creation tools (Canva, Google Suite, interactive workshop tools).

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver learning experiences focused on character development, leadership capability, and real-world application.
• Collaborate with organizational leaders to diagnose root-cause capability gaps and implement targeted learning solutions.
• Evaluate program effectiveness using structured frameworks to measure growth, practical application, and performance impact.
