Job summary

EXL Service Philippines, Inc. seeks a Learning & Development Manager to design, implement, and manage learning strategies and leadership development initiatives that support business objectives and employee growth.

You will partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps, develop learning solutions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. The role includes designing programs, managing the LMS, tracking ROI, and reporting insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Completed at least 2 years of college.
• Minimum 2 years in a people manager role.
• 5+ years in Learning & Development or related fields.
• Experience designing and facilitating training programs.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, and LMS.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's learning and development strategy.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify capability gaps and development opportunities.
• Design and implement learning programs, including onboarding, functional, leadership, and professional skills training.
• Create learning pathways, competency frameworks, and career development programs.
• Develop instructor-led, virtual, blended, and e-learning solutions.
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and leadership programs.
• Partner with subject matter experts to create engaging learning content and materials.
• Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
• Support leadership development, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
• Provide coaching and development support to leaders and employees.
• Drive knowledge management and best-practice sharing across the organization.
• Track training participation, effectiveness, and ROI.
• Evaluate learning outcomes using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Provide regular reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Partner with business leaders, HR, and operations teams to align learning initiatives with business needs.
• Manage external training providers, consultants, and training budgets.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, client, and organizational training requirements.
