• Proven experience in instructional design, training facilitation, curriculum development and learning program implementation.
• Strong experience in stakeholder management, project coordination, and learning needs assessment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work on a hybrid setup in Ortigas, Pasig.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify learning and development needs and align initiatives with business objectives and talent priorities.
• Lead learning needs assessments to identify capability gaps and recommend appropriate development solutions.
• Develop and oversee annual learning plans, training calendars, and program budgets.
• Design and implement learning solutions that address organizational, team, and individual development needs.
• Lead the development and enhancement of learning interventions using established instructional design principles and methodologies.
• Manage the end-to-end implementation of learning programs, ensuring quality, effectiveness, and alignment with defined objectives.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, facilitators, and external learning providers.
• Oversee training logistics, learning sessions, facilitators, and other requirements across classroom and virtual learning environments.
• Manage and maximize the use of digital learning platforms and technologies to enhance the learner experience.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback, assessments, and relevant learning metrics.
• Analyze learning outcomes and recommend improvements and innovative approaches to strengthen program effectiveness and employee engagement.
• Provide guidance and support to stakeholders in developing learning and capability-building initiatives.

• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Experience working with shared services or external learning partners is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on a hybrid setup in Ortigas, Pasig.
