Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Training Manager in the Philippines to design, develop, and maintain training applications aligned with business goals. The role covers creating campaign training programs, materials, and calendars, and serving as the in-house expert for training content.

Candidate must have 5+ years of managerial experience, excellent presentation and communication skills, and the ability to adapt materials to any audience. Independent motivation is essential for project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 5+ years of managerial and/or supervisory experience.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly independent and motivated with a commitment to oversee projects to completion.
• Ability to adapt training materials to any given audience.
• Knowledge in using Google and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain training applications to meet business needs.
• Implement and enforce development team guidelines and processes.
• Manage initiation, development, and implementation of site-wide training initiatives and campaign training programs.
• Create and maintain materials that maximize campaign task mastery and personal development.
• Provide campaign-specific training that is technically sound and engaging, in-house expert for training materials.
• Align training with campaign and broader business objectives.
• Proactively explore departmental and campaign needs to develop training materials.
• Propose and publish a year-long training calendar with quarterly objectives.
• Plan training policies, programs, testing tools, methods, and systems with Operations leadership.
