Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Training Manager to lead the design, development, and maintenance of training programs across campaigns. You will drive campaign-specific training for Team Leaders and Teammates, ensuring materials maximize task mastery and personal growth, while aligning with TaskUs’ broader objectives.

You will publish a year-long training calendar, plan policies, testing tools, and collaborate with Operations leadership and US counterparts to ensure quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 5 years in managerial or supervisory roles.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Strong independence and motivation.
• Ability to develop and adapt training materials for any audience.
• Proficiency with Google and MS Office applications.
