Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Learning Experience Leader in Angeles, Philippines to design and expand training and development programs aligned with product methodologies. You will create curricula, deliver end-user and enterprise training, and oversee content across induction and e-learning initiatives.

The role requires 1–2 years in training, strong communication, and the ability to engage audiences creatively with flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years in training or teaching.
• Able to use Microsoft and Google apps proficiently.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Capable of facilitating classes and discussions.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and creative with audience engagement.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to work with a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set standards through conduct, work ethic, and integrity.
• Create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training materials, curricula, and exams.
• Deliver technical preparatory training as required by enterprise needs.
• Complete projects and motivate trainees through effective training.
• Continuously improve training programs and learnings.
• Update programs to adapt to changing work environment.
• Maintain training documents and materials as content expert.
• Develop and implement induction programs.
