Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Training Manager to lead design, development, and maintenance of enterprise training applications and campaigns. You will create curricula, develop and evaluate training for Team Leaders and Teammates, and drive program calendars aligned with business goals.

You will coordinate with Operations leadership and US counterparts to ensure high-quality, campaign-specific training while promoting a People First culture across TaskUs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 5 years managerial and/or supervisory experience.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly independent and motivated with project ownership.
• Proficient in Google and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and maintenance of training applications.
• Manage site-wide training initiatives and campaign-specific programs.
• Create and maintain training materials for campaign mastery and development.
• Develop curriculum, training and evaluation for Team Leaders and Teammates.
• Publish a year-long training calendar with quarterly objectives and plan training policies.
• Collaborate with Operations Directors, Managers, and US counterparts.
