Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Training Manager in the Philippines to design, develop, and maintain training applications aligned with business goals. The role covers creating campaign training programs, materials, and calendars, and serving as the in-house expert for training content.

Candidate must have 5+ years of managerial experience, excellent presentation and communication skills, and the ability to adapt materials to any audience. Independent motivation is essential for project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 5+ years of managerial and/or supervisory experience.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly independent and motivated with a commitment to oversee projects to completion.
• Ability to adapt training materials to any given audience.
• Knowledge in using Google and Microsoft Office applications.

• Design, develop, and maintain existing and new training applications to meet functional business requirements and operational needs.
• Implement and enforce development team guidelines and processes.
• Manage the initiation, development, and implementation of site‑wide training initiatives and campaign‑specific training programs for Team Leaders and Teammates.
• Create and maintain materials that maximize campaign task mastery and personal development.
• Provide campaign‑specific training that is technically sound and engaging, serving as the in‑house expert for all training materials and documents.
• Align all training with specific campaign and broader business objectives.
• Proactively explore departmental and campaign needs to develop training materials as required.
• Propose and publish a year‑long training calendar with quarterly objectives.
• Plan training policies, programs, testing tools, methods, and systems to ensure quality standards, working directly with Operations leadership.
