Job summary

TaskUs Batangas is seeking a Learning Experience Manager to lead the design, development, and maintenance of training programs that support enterprise campaigns. You will guide cross-functional teams, implement guidelines, and ensure training aligns with campaign objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of managerial experience, strong presentation and communication skills, and proficiency with Google Workspace and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 5 years of managerial and/or supervisory experience.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Google and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain training programs and materials for existing and new campaigns.
• Implement and enforce development team guidelines and processes.
• Lead initiation, development, and implementation of site-wide training initiatives.
• Create and maintain training materials for Campaign Leaders and Teammates.
• Develop and execute campaign-specific training plans and curricula.
