Job summary

TaskUs in the Philippines is seeking a Learning Experience Manager to lead the design, development, and maintenance of training applications that meet enterprise requirements and operational needs. You will implement and enforce the training team’s guidelines and drive campaign training for Team Leaders and Teammates, creating materials to maximize campaign mastery and personal development.

The role requires at least 5 years in management, excellent presentation and communication skills,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly independent and capable of overseeing projects to completion.
• Proficient in Google and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of training applications to meet business and operational needs.
• Implement and enforce the training team’s guidelines and processes.
• Develop and execute campaign training programs for Team Leaders and Teammates.
• Create and maintain training materials to maximize campaign task mastery and personal development.
• Plan a year-long training calendar with quarterly objectives and publish training policies and tools.
• Collaborate with Operations Director, Operations Manager, and US counterparts.
