Job summary

TaskUs is hiring a Learning Experience Leader in Cavite City, Philippines to design and expand training and development programs aligned with product methods. You will deliver and assess end-user training for partners and distributors, and drive continual improvement across learning initiatives.

The role requires 1–2 years in training or teaching, strong facilitation, and proficiency with Microsoft and Google apps.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of experience in training or teaching
• Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
• Ability to present and facilitate class discussions
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and creative to engage audiences
• Strong interpersonal, mentoring, and project management skills
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Flexibility to work weekends/holidays/longer hours

Responsibilities

• Set standards and expectations through conduct, work ethic, integrity and character
• Create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training programs including curriculum and exams
• Deliver technical preparatory training covering basic skill requirements
• Complete projects and motivate trainees through effective training
• Continuously improve training programs across the organization
• Amend and revise programs to adapt to changing work environment
• Act as content expert and maintain training materials
• Develop effective induction programs
• Monitor and review trainee progress and discuss with managers
• Ensure statutory training requirements are met and explore e-learning options
• Research and present new technologies for workplace learning
• Ensure trainees adhere to the Code of Conduct
