Job summary

Filinvest Development Corporation in Metro Manila is seeking an HR Lead for Training & Engagement to design and implement learning, development, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives that strengthen culture, growth, and performance across the organization.

You will partner with business leaders to coordinate training programs, host town halls and events, track learning outcomes, and build a positive employee experience, while maintaining documentation and reports to support talent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead learning & development initiatives, onboarding and training activities.
• Coordinate and facilitate training materials and learning interventions.
• Plan and implement employee engagement programs and wellness activities; support culture-building initiatives.
• Host and moderate events, town halls, and Leaders' Hour sessions; prepare communications and campaigns.
• Maintain documentation, attendance, and post-activity evaluations; generate reports on learning outcomes.
