Job summary

You will coordinate onboarding, internal training, wellness initiatives, and company-wide events in partnership with business leaders. The role requires strong facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills, with 3–5 years in L&D or related HR functions and a proactive, organized approach to reporting and program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, HRM, behavioral science, organizational development, communication, education, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in learning & development, employee engagement, training, organizational development, or related HR functions.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Experience hosting company events and engaging diverse employee groups.

Responsibilities

• Support and implement learning, development, and engagement programs to enhance employee growth and culture.
• Coordinate onboarding, training materials, and learning activities.
• Plan and execute employee engagement programs, wellness initiatives, and company events.
• Monitor training effectiveness and maintain learning records and reports.
• Assist in talent development and IDP initiatives; support leadership programs.
• Maintain program documentation, budgets, attendance, and post-activity evaluations.
