Job summary

Ascott Philippines is seeking an Learning & Development / Engagement Manager to lead learning initiatives, leadership development programs, and employee engagement activities across the organization. You will partner with business leaders and property teams to strengthen capability and retention.

The role focuses on culture-building, change management, and measuring learning outcomes, with responsibility for budgets, programs, and vendor relationships as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Training, or Human Resources.
• Hospitality industry experience is an advantage.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement L&D strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Design and facilitate training programs and leadership development initiatives.
• Oversee onboarding and orientation programs for a positive employee experience.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and wellness activities.
• Analyze training needs and engagement survey results to identify development opportunities.
• Manage learning calendars, training records, and program evaluations.
