Job summary

FWD Life Philippines is seeking a Learning and Engagement Manager to lead learning, organizational development, P&C communications, engagement, and events across the organization. The role ensures initiatives align with business priorities, leadership direction, and FWD values, using data to sharpen learning and engagement programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Education, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Certification in learning design, facilitation, coaching, organizational development, or change management is an advantage.
• 7–10 years of combined experience in Learning and Development, Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, Internal Communications, HR Business Partnering, or related People and Culture roles.
• Experience designing and delivering learning programs, employee communications, and organization-wide initiatives.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and translating leadership priorities into practical employee-facing programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning needs analysis across functions using business priorities, employee feedback, performance insights, workforce plans, and stakeholder input.
• Design the learning curriculum and develop, deliver learning programs for employees, people managers, and mid-level leaders.
• Create practical learning content using instructor-led and blended formats, applying adult learning principles and FWD values.
• Facilitate programs on leadership, communication, manager effectiveness, employee experience, and soft skills.
• Own People and Culture communications and translate initiatives into clear, employee-friendly messages.
• Plan and deliver employee engagement activities and events; use feedback and data to improve programs.
