Job summary

Filinvest Alabang Inc. is seeking an HR Specialist for Learning, Development & Employee Engagement to support and implement programs that enhance growth, experience and culture.

The role coordinates onboarding, training, wellness initiatives, and company-wide events in partnership with business leaders. You will help build a positive workplace by maintaining learning records, facilitating sessions, and communicating engagements.

Qualifications

• College graduate with a related degree (Psychology, HRM, Behavioral Science)
• Experience in L&D or employee engagement is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding, orientation and internal training.
• Develop training materials and learning activities.
• Coordinate learning interventions and leadership development programs.
• Plan and implement employee engagement programs and company events.
• Prepare reports and maintain learning records.
• Support organizational development and IDP initiatives.
