Job summary

You will develop policies, materials, and assessment tools, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, monitor the L&D budget, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements. Qualifications

• Graduate degree in psychology, HR, behavioral science or related field.
• At least five years in a lead/supervisory HR/L&D role.
• Knowledge of L&D strategies, career development and succession planning.
• Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to engage with diverse levels within the organization.
• Proficient with MS Office tools; project management familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement standard learning and development policies and improve processes.
• Contribute to L&D strategies and create training materials and assessment tools.
• Conduct orientation, training sessions, reports and focus groups with internal/external parties.
• Analyze data to identify development gaps and recommend interventions.
• Support company-wide learning value chain and maintain training database.
• Monitor annual L&D plan and internal training programs.
• Analyze training needs and evaluate effectiveness of programs.
• Assist in budgeting and monitor expenses for L&D initiatives.
• Coordinate with external training providers for seminars and logistics.
• Draft and consolidate training-related documents.
• Communicate company guidelines and advisories to employees.
• Support HR activities including hiring, welfare and benefits communications.
• Keep updated on legal/regulatory mandates and ensure compliance.
• Support other HR activities and safety compliance.
