The HR Specialist for Learning, Development & Employee Engagement (SPVR) is responsible for supporting and implementing learning, development, and engagement programs that enhance employee growth, experience, and organizational culture. The role coordinates and facilitates training programs, onboarding activities, wellness initiatives, employee engagement activities, and company-wide events to help build a positive and productive workplace. The position partners closely with business leaders to strengthen employee experience, capability development, and organizational engagement.
JOB SUMMARY
1. Learning & Development
- Conduct and facilitate onboarding, orientation, and internal training programs.
- Develop training materials, presentations, and learning activities.
- Coordinate learning interventions, leadership development programs, and external training partnerships.
- Monitor training effectiveness and maintain learning records and reports.
2. Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Plan and implement employee engagement programs, wellness initiatives, recognition activities, and company events.
- Organize and facilitate town halls, Leaders' Hour sessions, employee forums, and culture-building activities.
- Gather employee feedback and recommend engagement initiatives to improve employee experience.
3. Facilitation, Communications & Event Management
- Serve as host, facilitator, or moderator during company activities and events.
- Prepare communication materials, announcements, presentations, and employee engagement campaigns.
- Coordinate event logistics and stakeholder requirements.
4. Organizational Development Support
- Assist in talent development, succession planning, competency development, and Individual Development Plan (IDP) initiatives.
- Support leadership and culture-building programs across the organization.
5. Administrative and Reporting Requirements
- Maintain program documentation, budgets, attendance records, and post-activity evaluations.
- Prepare reports and presentations related to learning and engagement programs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, Organizational Development, Communication, Education, or related field.
- At least 2-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Training, Organizational Development, or related HR functions.
- Preferably with supervisory or leadership experience.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Experience in conducting training sessions, hosting company events, and engaging diverse employee groups.
- Creative, highly organized, and passionate about employee development and culture-building.
