Job summary

Our Clients is seeking a Learning and Development Officer to support the organization’s learning initiatives, employee development programs, and training activities. The role works with departments to identify development needs, design learning interventions, coordinate programs and assess effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, education, OD or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in learning & development or related HR function.
• Experience in training needs analysis, program development and facilitation.
• Experience creating learning materials and modules.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps across teams and levels.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify learning priorities.
• Develop annual learning plans aligned with business objectives.
• Design and develop learning programs and materials.
• Facilitate on-site, virtual and blended training sessions.
• Coordinate training programs, schedules, venues and facilitators.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys and assessments.
• Maintain accurate training records and LMS documentation.
